The engine went in our vehicle on a Saturday. Kal Tire Brandon recommended this rental place.Prior to that, I called the ones that were familiar tome! They were all closed on Saturdays - wth!!!Sooooo, I caught the fellow just in time!! Raj picked me up, took me to the business, did the paperwork and I was on my way!!The service this guy gave me was outstanding! I would highly recommend Town Car Rentals Brandon for your next rental!!

Thank you Town Car Rentals!! We required a last-minute rental and accommodations for mobility issues over the weekend. Krutal came through holding an SUV for us and made the whole process even easier by being available for airport pick-up and drop-off over the weekend. Finally a 7-day option in Brandon and top-notch customer service...don't even bother with the other guys starting with an E"...they don't hold a candle to this enterprise!"

Wonderful experience with this company and great customer service during my time in Brandon at the end of January. Raj was very helpful and accommodating. I was grateful also for pickup and drop off at Brandon airport. Will definitely rent from Town Car Rentals again

I booked my rental on line from Edmonton, it was confirmed and I was picked up from the Brandon airport by Krutal and was offered a ride back to the airport when I dropped the rental off. My wife and I were in need of a rental because of an accident that rendered our car unavailable. Town Car rental provided us with an excellent rental. Recently rented a vehicle from Krutal Patel, super helpful! I was down on my luck on my way to Winnipeg to catch my flight, my vehicle ended up breaking down and I was scrambling trying to figure out what to do. I called Town Car Rental, and he had stayed open a little past closing to help me out. Wonderful service, will definitely rent from them again!

After a less than ideal experience with my usual go-to car rental company, I took a chance booking with Town Car in Brandon. I hadn’t heard of them and only had Google reviews to go by.Like so many others, I have to say Wow! Standard expectations of a clean, well maintained car were met, but it was the customer service that surpassed expectations.Offers were made to arrange pick-up outside of usual hours if I needed, follow up with MPI on my behalf was done promptly and interactions with staff were excellent.I have rented many cars over the years with several companies and have never been inclined to leave a review. Town Car stands out.
