Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently visited the “enterprise” for getting a rental vehicle and I had very good experience. There I met @ Bony Bobby George, he was very friendly, patient and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. He also gave his client card to me for any enquires and I contacted him through email, then he clear all my doubts without any hesitation.

I made a reservation for a car rental, but when I arrived, they told me they didn't have a car available. This was a huge inconvenience and caused me to miss important appointments. I would not recommend this company.Edit: I sent you an email but you never replied.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL-AROUND. I had a Jeep Wrangler Sahara that wasn't very comfortable on the highways. I usually rent for an extended period to travel across Western Canada for work. I called them up to switch my rental and the branch personnel accommodated my request. I was assisted by C.A.R Bony Bobby George and Manager Sihat. They presented me with multiple options and at the end I was able to get something I preferred. Great service under stress! Kudos to the team. Keep up the great work.

This Enterprise location on Scarth is fantastic. Every single rental (and there have been many in the last few years) has been seamless. It is very rare to find that with car rental companies, but this location outshines the others by far. In fact, I tried renting from Alamo/National at the Regina airport last year around the holidays (I waited too long & enterprise was all booked up) and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They gave me a vehicle with a slow leaking tire which my daughter and I kept having to fill up every couple hours on our drive. We then had to get it fixed when arriving to our destination, which took many hours out of our trip. I told Alamo/National that I would never rent from them again and would ALWAYS book well in advance at Enterprise on Scarth because they are all professionals who understand customer service. Even when they are super busy (and they usually are...because they are the best) I always get treated very well. Highly recommend!

This place is a joke! Booked my car a few days ago and I got a call an hour before pickup saying that they are sold out for the day!! How??? Don’t trust them!

Great experience. But the customer service rep could work on English skills. That was the only negative part of experience

I am so disappointed. I was in a total loss vehicle accident and sgi in Regina recommended I rent from Enterprise. They set up my rental approval with enterprise on scarth st and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. They placed me on hold for almost an hour just to tell me they’re sold out of cars and suggest I call back Saturday (I called on Tuesday). The lady was so rude. She didn’t even ask for my reservation or claim number which would have showed I should of had a priority pass. She then told me she couldn’t guarantee shuttle service from my house and I would need to just call back on the day they had a car for me to see if I could get a shuttle to pick my car up. I don’t have another hour to just wait on the phone. I’m sure they’re quite busy but kindness goes a long way.

Rent somewhere else. I was guaranteed a 7 seater SUV 2 months in advance. When i brought my car into the shop to get fixed and arrived at enterprise, they offered me a truck to start with. They than offered me a sedan and finally settled on a 5 seater suv, not 7. They said they didn't have any because of the long weekend. Whats the point of reseving a vehicle in advance than. We had a road trip with 5 adults which was cramped AF. Thanks for not being accommodating to our needs. Don't buy the extra insurance as well unless you know its only a couple of days. The shop our car was with took almost 2 weeks and we ended up paying $350 in extra insurance! What a rip off.
